My career rests on an excellent technical foundation, deliberately extended over the years with strategic leadership and delivery competencies:

External management audit 2022
What an independent assessment found
An external management audit (conducted by aestimamus, 2022) assessed my competency profile independently — via interview, a presentation task, a case study and a simulated employee conversation. Unlike a reference letter, this is a deliberately critical scale: a 3 means "stable", only 4–5 stand for strong and very strong. That is exactly why the picture is honest and differentiated.
